1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arches Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Arches Network provides an online community and mastermind platform for founders launching businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the Service for deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Community Conduct

Our community thrives on trust, collaboration, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or malicious behavior of any kind is not permitted. Arches Network reserves the right to remove content or users that violate these Terms or community standards.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

Arches Network may offer optional SMS (text) notifications about your cohort. Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in SMS. You will only receive recurring SMS/text messages from Arches Network about your cohort, including meeting reminders, cohort updates, and event schedule changes if you separately opt in via an unchecked consent checkbox.

• Opt-in (web form): On the public Create Account form, or after signing in in Communication Settings, enter your mobile number and actively check a separate SMS consent checkbox (never pre-selected, never required to create an account or use the Service). The checkbox states that you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Arches Network about your cohort, including meeting reminders, cohort updates, and event schedule changes. Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Submission language includes “Yes, sign me up for SMS” when you are newly opting in from Communication Settings.
• Message frequency: Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week.
• Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Help and opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You may also email hello@archesnetwork.com or disable SMS in Communication Settings. After opting out you will receive a confirmation and we will stop program texts to that number (except as needed to confirm the opt-out).
• Consent: Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing goods or services from Arches Network.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle mobile numbers. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All original materials, branding, and content on Arches Network are the property of Arches Network LLC or its partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Arches Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote such content as part of the platform experience.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to external websites or tools (including SMS delivery providers). Arches Network is not responsible for their content or policies and encourages you to review their terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Arches Network disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific business results from participation or use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arches Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

Arches Network may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
