1. Who we are

Arches Network LLC (“Arches,” “we,” “us”) operates the Arches Network platform, including our website and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, apply to a cohort, or update settings, including:

• Name, email address, company, and job title
• Mobile phone number, if you choose to provide it for SMS notifications
• Profile, application, and cohort-related content you submit
• Communication and marketing preferences (including SMS consent records)

We also collect limited technical information (such as device and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your account, cohort, applications, and support requests
• Send SMS messages you have opted into (see Section 5)
• Personalize your experience and keep the community safe
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers such as Twilio) solely to operate the Service, under obligations to protect your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, with appropriate safeguards.

5. SMS / text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to SMS via a separate, unchecked consent checkbox (not required to create an account or use the Service), we use your mobile number to send SMS/text messages from Arches Network about your cohort, including meeting reminders, cohort updates, and event schedule changes. Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week.

No mobile information sharing. We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and to operate and support our SMS program (including through our SMS provider).

You can opt out at any time: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You can also turn off SMS in Communication Settings. Agreeing to our Terms of Service does not enroll you in SMS.

6. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

You may access, update, or delete certain account information in the Service, or by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing emails and SMS as described in your settings and in message instructions (including STOP for SMS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
